Authors
Gallagher is a novelist and artist of many mediums. They believe that all art has great power for change, and that artists have a duty to use those skills to fight for a better world. This belief is firmly set in their writing as well.
Their debut novel, Love, Sorrow, and the In-Between: A Novel for the Rest of Us was an unexpected story of platonic soul mates. This novel set a standard for them, leaving them with the desire to tell the stories of the underrepresented and a passion for telling stories in which some will see themselves in, and others will find perspective in.
Having been born and raised in the countryside of so-called Kansas, USA, on the rightful land of the Kiowa peoples, Gallagher was encouraged to build, learn, play in nature, and to ask questions. It was only when they started asking themselves questions that seemingly had no answer that they started writing the answers in the form of stories. This has led to six published novels, and many others in the works.
As Gallagher continues to write, they are also expanding into many other avenues along the creative process, including guiding other authors in their journey of writing through workshops, and one-on-one coaching, while honing in on the stories that they feel are the most important to tell.
Every year seems to bring new and exciting things to Gallagher’s life as an author, the next year will be no exception as they push themselves to learn more, and create even more meaningful stories that they hope will live on long after they are gone.
